Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British music producer and singer. Harry Styles was one of the original members of One Direction. Born at Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England the 1st of February, 1994. He is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, together with his fellow classmates, formed a musical group called White Eskimo. They took home the Battle of Bands in 2009 with their amazing performances. Although he has always expressed an interest in music, despite his passion in it, he also wanted to pursue a career as a lawyer and physiotherapist. While working in the city's bakery, Harry Styles was able to feed his family. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) during the auditions in 2010 to The X Factor. It was for this reason that his band broke up. Nicole Scherzinger told Harry Styles, Liam Payne Zayn Milik Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson that they'd be forming a group named One Direction after the X Factor audition. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of the group that began in the year the year 2010. The group performed hits like My Life Would Suffer Without You from Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. The group was one of the contenders for the prize. They were however in third place behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles did not receive an award, but Cowell has offered a two million-pound contract with One Direction in order for the group to join Syco Records.
